We will provide the following service for any company who chooses to work with us:
- An initial meeting with the client to understand the exact requirements.
- Drawing up an Assignment Brief that will describe the role content, the commitment required and the desired experience and skillsets of the potential NED.
- We will produce a list of potential candidates including a brief background on each person.
- We will have a further meeting with the client to prioritise the people to be contacted.
- We will then interview potential candidates, and provide reports on each person (highlighting issues such as possible conflicts of interest, time restraints, etc).
- A final shortlist of candidates will be drawn up.
- We will continue to act as intermediary until an appointment is made.
